Before Stewart was involved with the day to day running of Locwil, the Company had been reactive and not proactive with regards to any marketing strategies. This was another area that was updated along with the Corporate Image and a Marketing Manager was appointed. Sally Day has now been with the Company for over 2 years.

Sally says “The essence of the business has changed. It’s more competitive and businesses need to build up trust and a good working relationship with their customers. That is why I have conducted a more proactive approach and I like to be regularly in touch with everyone. Stewart has standardised our pricing structure so that it is transparent to all our valued customers”.

“When possible I make arrangements for Stewart to be out on the road meeting our customers and prospective customers, giving presentations and demonstrating our machines. Having a co-ordinated approach means that Stewart has had the opportunity to make visits all over England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. We have also opened up new markets abroad, a direction we are hoping to expand on”.
